The customer can receive the 'love it or exchange it' option if they purchase the 5 year warranty plan w/ 'love it or exchange it' option. The love it or exchange it option will last 14 days from the day of delivery. They must purchase the white delivery option for $69. NO PICKUPS. If the customer chooses to purchase the warranty w/ 'love it or exchange it option' and use it, the warranty on the items they purchased will not transfer to the new items the customer selects. The customer will have to pay the white glove delivery twice: to pick up the items and to deliver new items. If a mattress is purchased, the customer must buy the classic mattress protector. That is to ensure the mattress has no stains or imperfections. Any mattresses with stains or imperfections cannot be covered in the exchange process.
